Terms & Conditions
:
1. Payment
: (i) Through DGS&D as per DGS&D R/C for
bulk order.
OR
(ii) Material can be lifted against payment from our Works at Chandigarh against
payment in form of cash
or D.D. payable at Chandigarh.
OR
(iii) As Manually agreed upon as special case for bulk orders.
2. Vat, Sales Tax, :
Presently not applicable, however, the same will
be paid extra whenever levied.
Excise duty
3. Other
Taxes, Octroi : 8.4% Service Tax on the Gross value
of the contract
levied at J&K state entry Point
Duty/Toll etc. will be charged extra. if charged extra. If
any state Govt. department levied any such imposition at the time of delivery the same will
be charged extra.
4. Validity : The above
rated are valid as per individuals RC.
